What goes in?
200 gms ashgourd, cut into small squares
boiled kara mani
1-2green chillies
1 cup coconut milk
pinch of turmeric powder
salt to taste

curry leaves for garnishing

What to do next?
Cook the ashgourd in 1/2 cup coconut milk (add water if required)
Add salt, green chillies and turmeric powder
Add boiled karamani and remaining 1/2 cup coconut milk

Garnish with curry leaves
