What goes in?
2 cups of mixed vegetables cut in thin narrow slices
(carrot, beans, pumpkin, ashgourd, yam, drumstick, cluster beans could all be part of this)
1 cup grated coconut
1 tsp jeera
2 green chillies
1/2 cup thick curd
pinch of turmeric
salt to taste

Curry leaves for garnishing

What to do next?

Cook the mixed vegetables with salt and turmeric
grind the coconut, jeera and green chillies to paste
Add this to the vegetables once cooked
After this comes to a boil, add the curd mix well (do not boil after adding curd)
garnish with curry leaves
