What goes in?
4 tomatoes (not overripe)
1 tbsp oil
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 large onion
1 tsp chat masala
1 tsp chilli powder
2 tbsp freshly grated corriander leaves
4 tbsp grated cheese
salt to taste
What to do next?
Cut only the top part of the tomatoes, and scoop out the seeds and flesh.
Fry the ginger garlic paste and onions till the onions go brown.
Add the chat masala and chilli powder.
Garnish this filling with corriander leaves.
Stuff each of the tomato with 3 parts of this filling and 1 part of grated cheese.
Microwave on high for 4 mins...
