What goes in?
1 cup besan (gram flour)
1 cup ghee
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp cardamom powder
1/4 cup raisins and shopped cashes
What to do next?
Heat the ghee in a kadai
Add the besan and fry till it is golden brown
Remove from the heat and allow it to cool
While it is warm add the powdered sugar ,cardamom, raisins and cashews
flatten the mixture in a plate
with a knife cut the mixture into small diamond shape pieces (katlis)
You can also roll the mixture into small laddoos to make Besan ka ladoo :)
